This online store and the website it is hosted on is managed by Lake Erie Graphics. Lake Erie Graphics may update or modify any part of these Terms of Agreement at any time. It is assumed that by using this website you agree to all the Terms of Agreement listed below.

Copyrighted and Trademarked Material
You may not upload any material that violates a copyright, trademark, or an individual’s privacy. You must obtain the proper permissions to use any material that is copyrighted or trademarked. Lake Erie Graphics reserves the right to terminate service to any user if claims of copyright or trademark infringement are made. You must have the permission of the people shown in the material to upload the picture onto the website. This includes all ordinary people, professional athletes and celebrities.

Other Prohibited Material
You may not upload or create any material that is unlawful, libelous, slanderous, threatening, abusive, harmful, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racist or otherwise offensive in this online store. Lake Erie Graphics reserves the right to refuse to print any materials deemed inappropriate by FCC standards.

Online ordering
In the web-to-print process there may be some slight discrepancies (usually in color or cropping) in what is displayed on the computer screen and what the final product will look like. The professional graphic designers at Lake Erie Graphics may alter submitted material to improve the final product. Please clearly specify your preferences in the ordering process. Lake Erie Graphics is not responsible for any mistakes in ordering by the customer. You must contact us to make any changes to your order.

Payment
We accept payment online through PayPal.

Return Policy
We are confident you will be satisfied with your printed products. However, you may return your product if it is significantly different than your on screen proof or if it has been damaged in shipping. We will not accept a returned product if any adhesive liners have been removed or if the product has been used. You have 30 days from the time you receive your product to return it.

All personal information submitted onto this site will be used internally. We do not sell or share any of our customer’s personal or private information. Your information may be used to contact you about new products and services from Wrap It Up Graphics or Lake Erie Graphics Inc. All personal information is protected on our secured shopping site. Any material uploaded or ordered on this site may be used in marketing collateral by Wrap It Up Graphics or Lake Erie Graphics Inc.

Pricing
Many people ask us why the prices of the products in our online store are cheaper than the prices they are quoted when they call. The reason is because the products in our online store don't require the customization and labor that a regular job does. Because less labor is required to process an online order, we are able to offer our customers these products at a discounted rate.

The online store allows us to cut down on costs and we are passing that savings on to you. There is no charge to call our customer service line for help using the online store. All orders completed online will be charged at their listed price.
