My background color is covering my design. How do I rearrange the layers?
In the bottom left hand corner of the online store, there is a "layer" box. Use the arrows in this box to rearrange the layers.
How do I adjust the size of the background?
With the background layer selected, use the resizing tools in the upper right hand corner of the online store.
How do I change the color of the text?
With the text layer selected, go to the "color properties" box on the right hand side of the online store. Click in the box to change the layer color. This will change the color of the text.
The size I want isn't on here. Can I order a custom size?
For custom sizes please call us at 888-293-7397. We would be happy to help you get the perfect size product for your project.
What files can I upload?
You can upload .jpg, .gif and .png files. Please only upload high resolution files. Blowing up small images for large format printing can greatly distort the image.
How do I purchase my designed product?
Once you have finished designing your product you should save your design. Once your design is saved click on the "checkout" button at the top of the online store. From here you can fill in your information before final checkout.
Can you do same day orders for pick up?
Depending on our workload, we may be able to do a same day pick up order. Please call us to verify if we can rush a same day pick up order for you.
Do you carry any other products?
We are a full service printer and wide format printer. We can provide you will all your print needs from business cards and brochures to trade show displays and vehicle graphics. Just give us a call for all your printing needs.
